    ·         Experience in Successful Project Management/Project Management Assistance in a consulting capacity trained by big 5 consulting companies including KPMG, WIPRO, LOGICA CMG, in a large-scale corporate environment, using developments on an onshore-offshore model

    ·         Experience in executing projects using RUP, Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies

    ·         Experience in Portfolio Management, Stakeholder Management, processes excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with EVPs and CXOs.






Key Achievement:

·         Delivered The Shell Enterprise Remote Monitoring Framework (EAC $13 MIL with VAC under 5 %) for hosting their Remote Monitoring Applications using the best of the bread Microsoft Technologies like MOSS 2007, SQL Server 2005, BizTalk in association with OSIsoft’s PI AF and PI H databases. My energy was focused in tightly managing the Engineering and Enterprise Architecture communities , managing the scope, participating in Solution Architecture and Integration efforts,  managing the scope, time, cost, quality, change, HR, communication, risk and procurements. Got signoffs from geographically dispersed business groups and delivered the product on time

·         Developed a Remote Monitoring Surveillance application for Rotating Equipment Engineering Group in Shell. The project involved liaison with Upstream (Exploration) and Downstream (Manufacturing) groups and bringing them together levelling with targeted technology, functionality and timelines. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills were required to manage this $1.5 Mil EAC project with a need to put strong control over scope, budget drawing fine lines between EV and PV, at the same time meeting the business user requirements to their utmost satisfaction.

·         Developed and managed a project that implemented the supply chain management solution for LNG (Liquid Natural Gas). This solution had to be developed leveraging a rare skill set in which the procurement was the main challenge. Secondly due to budget constraints, the project had to be phased for longer than required raising the need for knowledge retention and vendor management. Delivered this 2.3 Mil project well under budget even though it was slightly beyond the schedule due to budget constraints.

·         Designed, conceptualize and implemented a Reliability Monitoring project for Shell Down Stream with R&D budget involving technological innovation. Implemented the first Smart Client application in Shell by working with Shell enterprise architects, getting their buy-in on the innovation and then working hard in pooling knowledgeable team to deliver the same. The stakeholders were Doctorates in Chemistry and were extremely keen on what they like to see. The technology fortunately was just tailored for that and delivered this project well under budget (EAC $280K) meeting the required schedule.

·         Delivered .NET Framework project (EAC 2 MIL) for Thomson Financials for the profile management. This project involved developing the application using then innovative technologies like XML, XSL FO and .NET 3.0 (then Beta). I specially got a team of 30 developers trained in those rare skills by identifying and inviting an expert from the client side to give the training. I managed this project for my then employer Wipro Technologies. This project was under promised and over delivered resulting in a descent bonus from Client Thomson and Wachovia
